  • Stop staying in toxic environments that you know aren’t good for you.. friendships, relationships, toxic jobs, etc.
  • Stop complaining so much.
  • Stop leaving your clean laundry on the couch or in the recliner .. (FOLD THAT SHIT & PUT IT UP!!) hahaha! just kidding!!

  2. Haha, I hear you about the laundry! πŸ˜‚ It just seems to be a never ending task though lol. There are some many things here I relate to, especially letting go of toxic relationships, which is something I’ve gotten much better at doing.

  4. There are so many things I do on that list but you’re right I need to stop. I spend my weekends procrastinating instead of doing what needs to be done and I definitely need to get off social media!

  5. Once again great information on things I need to try doing. I can honestly say that I do not spend money unnecessarily and avoid social media because it isn’t a good thing at all. I do my best to not complain because complaining doesn’t correct the issues and is kind of annoying! I do need to not treat myself at all and definitely never get enough sleep! I think I have done well with avoiding toxic people, but they are still around!!!
