Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we act, feel and think. It also determines how we handle stress, relate to others and make choices!

So whether you’re pursuing a career in entrepreneurship or just working to become a better version of you period, a POSITIVE mentally is something very important to have and once you get it, it’s also very important that you maintain it!
